Seera, Meera and Joker started to come alive in my imagination long after they had gone home. I imagined them living in a nicer home than mine, having wonderful parents who sent them to school, tucked them up in the bed, nurturing them with education and good food. At times, I envied them but mostly I wanted them to be my friends and looked forward to seeing them again. But then my life changed. ‘Father’ found his way back again and I ended up in the little room without a window, locked up and abused.

synopsis of my second book.
